I work with people who are looking for support with issues of an emotional, interpersonal, well-being and mental health nature. I work with all age groups, working professionals, couples and families.

Grief and Loss, Trauma Recovery and Coping With Traumatic Events, Boundaries, Self-Esteem, Addictions, Life Transitions, Compassion Fatigue, Burn Out and Vicarious Trauma, Depression and Mood Concerns, Anxiety, Stress Reduction, Vocational Rehabilitation, Employment and Career Planning.


My Approach

I utilize a blend of verbal and creative techniques, where Integrates various therapeutic philosophies and coping strategies as they fit. Narrative Therapy and Music-Integrated Therapy are the foundations of my practice. Other methods included in my practice are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt -based and Mindfulness-based. I strives to create an emotionally safe, genuine and warm environment where clients can feel free, heard and understood. The goal of my therapeutic approach is to support individuals in witnessing their strengths to gradually heal the situations that are influencing them. I acknowledge the broader social, cultural, and systemic context that surround people’s lives.

About Me

I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology. I support clients who seek to create a genuine connection in a space that allows for openness and vulnerability. I believe in client’s uniqueness, as each person has their own story which has shaped their present experiences. I strive to foster a safe space where clients can tell their story and gain insight into how that has influenced them. I help clients re-author a new narrative that is more fulfilling and in line with their values and preferred self.

 

Rates & Book for Consultation Appointment

My rate is CAD 190 in cyber-therapy per 50 minute session, flexible scale is offered to those who are unemployed, students, or complex cases, ranging as low as  CAD 120 depending on cases. Sliding scale means we mutually agreed upon a reduced rate for a term up to 6 months and then re-assess as needed.
